Suzanne Middleton

Suzanne Middleton is a biophilic interior design consultant and the author of the DecorPalm Press guide series. With over fifteen years of experience transforming urban apartments, suburban homes, and corporate offices into living, breathing sanctuaries, Suzanne has become one of the most trusted voices in the biophilic design movement.

Her approach is rooted in environmental psychology and the science of restorative environments. She holds a certificate in Biophilic Design from the Terrapin Bright Green program and has studied under leading researchers in the field of nature-deficit disorder and attention restoration theory.

Suzanne's guides have helped thousands of homeowners bring measurable wellness benefits into their everyday spaces — from improved air quality and reduced stress to deeper sleep and sharper focus. Her writing blends scientific rigour with the warmth of a trusted friend who genuinely loves plants.
